Job Summary We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the production of high‑quality food in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. The role involves managing kitchen operations, ensuring quality and food‑safety compliance, and leading a team in a casual dining restaurant. Salary: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities Oversee production of the highest quality food with precision and accuracy. Implement and enforce quality‑assurance and food‑safety procedures. Maintain proper quality parameters and follow food‑safety and cleanliness guidelines. Work quickly and efficiently, often while on your feet for several hours. Lift heavy objects as necessary. Qualifications Consistency and reliability. Cheerful and positive attitude. Values teamwork. Loves serving and helping others. Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, BOH manager. Proven track record in leadership and facilities management.
