Overview A Great Opportunity /Full Time/ On Call Responsibilities as required/ Columbus, OH At ViaQuest Residential Services we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Responsibilities Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served within assigned region. Personnel management and coordination of service delivery. Ensure individuals\' service teams are operating and communicating effectively. Financial oversight of program. Requirements Four-year degree in social services or a related field. Previous Management level experience is required. Extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities. At least 1 year of Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) experience. Extensive experience with youth in a residential setting. Quality assurance experience is preferred. Benefits Paid training.
