Technical Sales Representative

The specific pay rate and level, if applicable, will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience and location. This position requires onsite training, typically up to 6 months, with the duration varying based on individual progress and business needs. After training, employees transition to a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in the office. Work arrangements, including hybrid schedules, are subject to change based on business needs, operational requirements, and company policy. Candidates must live within commuting distance of our Dallas, TX office. \"A Day in the Life\" The Inside Technical Sales Representative is responsible for providing the necessary assistance to customer inquiries relating to the selection of electronic test and measurement equipment and financial solutions to best meet their needs. Candidates are also responsible for all quote-to-close initiatives in the assigned territory, meeting company objectives for profitability and response times. The Inside Technical Sales Representative will have a strong internal drive, sense of urgency and be an effective team player who is organized and pays attention to detail. \"What You'll Do\" Provide technical assistance to inbound customer inquiries relating to the selection of equipment, rental and financial solutions Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing in compliance with established policies and procedures and complete timely follow up with customers Maintain an accurate sales pipeline utilizing the company's proprietary software and other databases Provide information and feedback on competition and potential new markets Develop and maintain client relationships, both internal and external \"Must Haves\" 3+ years of inside sales experience required within a dynamic fast paced environment Technical work experience in electronic test and measurement equipment preferred, or other related electronics or telecommunications experience General knowledge of rental/lease practices and financial practices/principles Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure \"Perks\" Competitive pay structure - Base + UNCAPPED Commission!
