Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled CT Technologist specializing in Interventional Radiology for a travel assignment in Albany, NY. This role involves working in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center. The successful candidate will perform technical procedures and assist in the clinical evaluation and care of patients in various settings, including trauma, emergency room scanning, and specialized CT scan-guided procedures.

Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist

• Perform CT exams on outpatients, inpatients, research patients, and trauma cases
• Support teaching and continuous learning for self and others
• Utilize CT imaging modality to create diagnostic images
• Ensure a safe and positive experience for all patients
• Practice and enforce radiation safety measures according to New York State regulations

Requirements of the CT Technologist

• Graduation from an approved two-year AMA Radiologic Technology School
• New York State Registration in Diagnostic Radiography or a limited permit to practice
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider or equivalent CPR certification
• Entry level with limited or no prior experience; skills and experience determine MIT level
