Responsibilities

• Track and maintain IPT‑level task trackers, deliverables, and communications • Coordinate meetings and visits, including external partners, senior leadership, sponsors, or others as directed by the IPT Lead and IPT Tech Lead • Take meeting notes as directed by the IPT Lead and IPT Tech Lead • Track and support material acquisition procurements, including creating and maintaining an IPT material inventory • Assist IPT Leadership with Knowledge Management tasks • Support the IPT by demonstrating eagerness to learn about cybersecurity, quantum sensors, electronic warfare, optical communications, and radio‑frequency communications

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint • Project management experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders • Ability to clearly communicate issues and updates between teams and leadership • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• TS//SCI clearance • Familiarity with NIWC Atlantic IPT processes or similar DoD program environments • Experience supporting task management, knowledge management, or operations coordination functions • Exposure to or interest in technical domains such as cybersecurity, quantum sensors, electronic warfare, optical communications, or RF communications • Experience coordinating meetings, visits, or multi‑stakeholder engagements
