HVAC Service Technician

If you’re an experienced HVAC Service Technician and one of your favorite parts is seeing a satisfied customer, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Technician. This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers. Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly. Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution. To Succeed in this Role We employ a front-line service system that, when followed, will consistently generate 5-star reviews. The office team has your back and will ensure you have sufficient time with each customer to do a thorough and complete job. You are there to help today and in the future. Job Requirements These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position. Experience in residential HVAC Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs. Excellent communication skills with customers and office team Professional appearance and personality 18 years and older Able to pass a background check Able to pass a drug test Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $25.00 to $35.00/hr and depends on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC service technician.
