A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Position type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location:- 3 days onsite role at Pennington, New Jersey

As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will:
Must?Have Skills:

• 8-10 years of exp Managing Infra Projects
• Infrastructure project management
• Data center migration experience
• EOL program management
• Strong Linux understanding
• Systems admin background (huge plus)
• Hardware + storage + network fundamentals
• Jira + Scrum
• Strong communication + stakeholder management

Summary:
Technical PM responsible for infrastructure migrations, data center work, EOL programs, and coordination with sysadmin teams. Must understand hardware, Linux, and enterprise hosting environments.

Job details:
Manage projects related to infrastructure provisioning, security projects, data center migrations, and End of Life Programs
Lead meetings and communicate technical details related to projects
Work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting deadlines.
Build trusted relationships with the business and technology teams
Analyze and communicate capacity management related tasks
Communicate standards and best practices to Lines of Businesses
Work with System Administrator teams to help ensure servers standards are being met
Coordinate in Linux virtual and physical builds, upgrades, patching, and support.
Background in clustering, disaster recovery, high availability

5+ years of work experience, including 3 years in Technical Project Management roles.
Excellent written and oral communication skills

System Administrator background preferred
Strong Linux background strongly preferred
Strong background in networks, storage, hardware, data center
Experience in supporting large enterprises
Scrum background preferred
Strong project and process leader
Presentation, reporting, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (physical server hosting, virtual machine hosting, storage, network, database, middleware, network traffic management, Network DMZ)
Jira software experience
Background in cloud, virtualization, bare metal environments
Understand technical concepts like DNS, Active Directory, NAS, Firewall, Proxy, SMTP
Nice?to?Have:
Cloud migration exposure
Bare metal experience
Capacity management background

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60- $63 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
