Travel RN - Cardiovascular ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) position requiring at least 18 months of CVICU experience and active ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. Requirements Active OH RN license or compact state license currently in hand Active certifications required (no pending accepted): BLS and ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross), and NIHSS Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the CVICU specialty required; travel experience may be substituted One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the CVICU specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months is required for consideration (co-worker references are not accepted) A copy of your Driver's License and Social Security Card are required for consideration No open background case or license hits will be accepted Candidates must be nicotine-free (this requirement is waived for nurses) Responsibilities Work in the CVICU of a large academic hospital system Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts only) 13-week contract Local candidates are accepted Travelers may not have worked as a permanent or per diem employee at a Cleveland Clinic facility within the last year Must work at least every other holiday ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; a passing score is required (maximum of 2 attempts) Pre-start modules are required and typically take 6-15 hours to complete First-time travelers are welcome to apply All RTO requests must be disclosed prior to acceptance of the position Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Job ID: P-736034 Open Positions: 3 #J-18808-Ljbffr American Traveler
