Regional Sales Manager & Distributor Job Type: Full-Time, Field-based Union Position: No Company: Brooklyn Bottling of Milton, NY, Inc. Location Requirement: Must reside in Louisiana, Arkansas, Memphis Tennessee, or Mississippi Shift: Various FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation Compennsation based on ecxperience commensurate. Bonus potential paid quarterly based on mutually agreed upon performance targets. Car allowance + phone allowance. Our comprehensive range of contract bottling services has been specifically developed and tailored in response to the requirements of our partners. We specialize in co- packing products such as juice cocktails, teas, energy drinks, seltzers, sports drinks, flavored waters, and soft drinks. We have extensive experience working with many of the biggest names in the beverage industry, which has allowed us to develop smooth and efficient processes both for the mass market and for specialty and niche products. Job Description We are looking for a Regional Manager/Distributor to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and expanding business opportunities within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Call on potential new customers & accounts Increase sales presence within the region Call on existing customers and increase distribution Build and maintain strong customer relationships Work closely in the field alongside distributor representatives Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to expand distribution Travel a minimum of one week per month within the assigned territory Utilize basic computer skills for reporting, communication, and account management Qualifications Must live in Louisiana, Arkansas, Memphis Tennessee, or Mississippi Strong sales and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributor partners Willingness to travel regularly Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets) What We’re Looking For An ambitious person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working in the field, and is passionate about growing customer relationships and driving sales results.
