BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18.00–$22.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday
• Preferred Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Part-time option: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
ROLE IMPACT
Are you bilingual, organized, and great with people? Put your receptionist and administrative skills to work in a professional office where you’ll support daily operations, assist visitors, and help keep important details on track.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet visitors and provide professional front-desk support
• Answer and route calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Perform data entry, filing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
• Assist with invoices, AP/AR, and basic accounting support as needed
• Maintain accurate records and provide support to the office team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong receptionist, administrative, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, professional, personable, and comfortable learning new processes
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Office
• Email and calendar systems
• Basic invoicing and accounting systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) exposure
• Invoicing or basic accounting experience
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
