Bilingual Construction Receptionist
Location: Ponder, TX
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: Approximately $25/hour, depending on experience
We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at our newly relocated office in Ponder, TX . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with an established electrical contractor. We are looking for a professional, organized, and dependable individual who can provide front-office support and assist with basic administrative and accounting responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and customers
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages
- Assist with general administrative and office duties
- Maintain and organize office records and documentation
- Assist with basic accounting and financial administrative tasks
- Prepare, enter, and maintain information using Microsoft Office
- Communicate professionally with employees, customers, and vendors
- Support the office and accounting team with day-to-day needs
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or office support experience
- Some accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office , including Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail
- Construction or electrical industry experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Approximately $25/hour , depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent position
- Immediate opening
