Senior Salesforce Scrum Master

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders Only Certifications: CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master Preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Scrum Master with 8+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud projects. The ideal candidate must have proven experience leading Agile teams in fast-paced Salesforce implementation projects, not just operations and maintenance (O&M) . Key Responsibilities & Requirements Salesforce Experience: 8+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud implementation projects. Scrum Master Expertise: Proven experience leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and blocker removal. Implementation Experience: Strong hands-on experience supporting fast-paced Salesforce implementation and development projects, rather than primarily O&M engagements. Agile Delivery: Ability to proactively identify and remove blockers, resolve delivery challenges, and keep teams focused on sprint goals and commitments. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum. Experience with SAFe is a plus. Salesforce Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Salesforce release cycles, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes. Communication & Facilitation: Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Sprint Metrics & Reporting: Experience tracking sprint velocity, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and overall team performance. Tools & Technologies: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools. Certifications: Scrum Master certification, such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master, is preferred. Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on Salesforce configuration or administration capabilities are a huge plus. Experience delivering complex Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud implementations. Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment. Saintech Solutions INC
