Behavioral Health Case Manager: Crisis & Care Coordination

WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown seeks an experienced Case Manager-Behav Health to support outpatient clinic operations, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and manage crisis situations for patients daily.
