Case Manager

Pressley Ridge seeks a Case Manager to support children, youth, and families through trauma-informed, community-based services. In this role, you will manage a caseload, complete assessments, and develop individualized service plans that promote safety, stability, and resilience. You will coordinate behavioral health, educational, and social services; advocate with schools, providers, and child-serving systems; and maintain thorough documentation in line with regulatory and evidence-based standards. Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you will receive training, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth while making a direct impact in local communities.
