Brooklyn Sports Club is hiring Swim Instructors to teach swimmers of all ages-from beginner water safety to advanced stroke development-in one of Brooklyn's most active aquatics programs.

This is a great opportunity for swimmers, lifeguards, and aquatics professionals looking for flexible hours and strong hourly pay while making a real impact teaching life-saving skills.

Pay

$22.50 - $40 per class
(Pay varies based on program type including group lessons, private lessons, and specialty aquatics programs.)

What You'll Do

Teach swim lessons for children and adults at various skill levels
Help swimmers develop water safety, comfort, and stroke technique
Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment
Communicate with parents about swimmer progress
Maintain pool safety and follow aquatics policies

Qualifications

Lifeguard Certification and CPR/AED required (or ability to obtain)
Swim instruction or aquatics experience preferred
Positive, reliable, and comfortable working with children
Strong communication and customer service skills
