Aspire Senior Living Roaring River is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to help patients achieve their maximum potential for mobility, strength, and function. Your Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting evaluations, and providing physical therapy services to our residents. Your compassionate and empathetic nature will help to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every resident feels valued and respected.
Responsibilities:
• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations and provide physical therapy services to residents, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Monitor and record patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in interprofessional team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatments and progress
