Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Roaring River is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Cassville, MO! As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents and provide personalized care and therapy to support their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve resident function and independence

• Conduct occupational therapy sessions, including activities such as mobility, strength, flexibility, and cognitive exercises

• Use adaptive equipment and assistive devices to facilitate optimal resident participation and progress

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident progress and therapy sessions

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans

• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
