- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- The Accounting Clerk will process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile account balances and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
- Assist with bank reconciliations and data entry tasks
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- The Accounting Clerk will ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding payments and account activity
- Collaborate with accounting team members on special projects and process improvements
- The Accounting Clerk will provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting clerk experience
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
