Location: 1101 W Vickery Blvd, Fort Worth TX Pay Rate: $20/HR on W2

Contract Length: 13 weeks Location: Locals only Travel: No travel requirements Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Saturday Requirement: Must be available to work Saturday, September 26 Dress Code: Business casual. Nice shorts may be worn on hot days with a polo shirt.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, receiving, or inventory work
• Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Education: High school diploma or GED required

Job Summary: The Inventory Receiving Associate is an entry-level position responsible for the accurate receipt, inspection, and placement of incoming medical supplies and materials at the Home Health warehouse. The role ensures items are logged appropriately in the inventory system and stored correctly for future use. This position involves occasional travel to other Home Health warehouse locations.

Job Responsibilities:

• 10% Annual & Spot Inventory Support:
• Participate in annual full inventory counts and bi-annual spot checks.
• Assists with labeling, counting, and verifying inventory levels as assigned.
• 10% General Operations & Support:
• Assists with warehouse tasks as needed under supervision.
• May travel occasionally to other Cook's Home Health locations to provide receiving support.
• Follows all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and material handling.
• 20% Stocking & Organization:
• Unloads shipments from pallets and stocks items in designated shelving units.
• Maintains clean and organized storage areas to facilitate access and safety.
• Supports warehouse setup and physical organization during expansion or relocation.
• 25% Inventory System Entry:
• Inputs received items into the inventory system to close out purchase orders.
• Generates basic receiving reports using Excel or system-based templates.
• Ensure correct inventory data entry for tracking and readiness.
• 30% Receiving & Inspection:
• Accepts delivers and verify items against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspects incoming shipments for accuracy and condition of goods.
• Signs delivery paperwork and escalates discrepancies to procurement team.
• 5% Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Zero to one (0-1) year of experience in warehouse, receiving, or inventory work.
• Must have basic computer literacy and be familiar with Microsoft Excel.
