Job Description

What We’re Looking For:
We are hiring for two types of candidates:

Experienced Instructor
Must have at least 3 years of instructor experience delivering technical or safety training in an industrial or construction environment.
Experienced Crane Operator Transitioning Into Training
Must have 10+ years of crane operation experience and be interested in becoming an instructor.

Responsibilities:

Deliver NCCCO-approved training for crane operators and rigging personnel
Provide classroom instruction and hands-on practical demonstrations
Train students on crane operation, rigging practices, and heavy lift procedures
Promote safe work practices and industry compliance
Support trainees in preparing for NCCCO certification requirements

Requirements:

Experience in crane operation, rigging practices, and heavy lift procedures
NCCCO certifications preferred
Technical or safety training experience preferred for instructor-level candidates
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to teach in both classroom and hands-on environments
