Our hiring office is dedicated to welcoming and onboarding new members of the workforce. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring new hires are processed efficiently, accurately, and with a positive candidate experience.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with strong people skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn more about Human Resources and Recruiting. Greeting candidates as they arrive and aiding with questions while maintaining superior customer service

Supporting electronic onboarding and monitoring completion of computer-based training

Coordinating pre-employment screenings and additional training requirements

Communicating with hiring managers, candidates, payroll, and team members regarding onboarding status

Accurately entering new hires into the payroll system once onboarding is complete

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience in an administrative role

Experience using HR information systems
