Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. You should have a minimum 2 years bartending experience and handle a high volume, fast paced environment while delivering great guest service.Responsibilities:Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beveragesInteract with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinksAssess customers needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsPlan and present bar menuCheck customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking ageRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsRequirements or Qualifications:Proven working experience as a bartenderExcellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinksKnowledge of a second language will be considered a plusAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanRelevant training certificateReliable transportation required with the ability to navigate inclement weatherAble to lift up to 60 pounds
