Requirements

• Dentrix
• Infection Control License
• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Active Registered Dental Assistant certification with minimum 3 years clinical experience
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and anatomy
Proficient in dental practice management software such as Denticon or Dentrix
Experienced in four-handed dentistry and infection control protocols
Ability to take vital signs and operate dental imaging equipment
Excellent communication skills and professionalism with patients and team members
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced clinical environment

Job Description

Assist dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize workflow and comfort
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to health and safety standards
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required
Accurately record patient medical histories, vital signs, and treatment details
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling and follow-up communications
Maintain patient records using dental software (Denticon, Dentrix) with precision and confidentiality
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions
Provide support with front-office administrative tasks as needed, utilizing dental terminology knowledge
