Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team in the Portland, Oregon, Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving new business development, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing long-term partnerships, and is passionate about helping clients improve their logistics and supply chain operations. Job Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Develop customized logistics and supply chain solutions based on customer needs Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM and sales tools Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management Background in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries preferred Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals Self‑motivated and highly driven sales professional Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment A collaborative team player focused on delivering exceptional client experiences CampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
