Business Development Manager

Squeegee Squad is a national leader in residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and building maintenance services. With 50+ locations across 26 states, we combine the strength of a recognized brand with the support of a growing franchise network. Opportunity We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Montgomery market. In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and help expand our residential and commercial customer base. Compensation OTE: $96,000 - $125,000 What You’ll Do Generate and close new business opportunities Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Conduct prospecting, networking, client meetings, and site visits Prepare proposals, quotes, and bid submissions Partner with operations teams to ensure successful service delivery Maintain and grow client relationships Track sales activity and market trends using CRM tools Represent Squeegee Squad at local networking events and trade shows What We’re Looking For Experience in business development, outside sales, or account management Proven success generating leads and closing new business Strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment Service industry, facilities management, or property management experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
