Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or similar support role in a school setting
- Familiarity with educational best practices and classroom management strategies

- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with students, staff, and families
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability for supporting students with varying learning abilities

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students during classroom activities, small group work, and individualized instruction
- Implement accommodations and modifications as directed by educators and support plans
- Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and behavioral management
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all learners
- Collaborate with educators on lesson preparation, progress monitoring, and student engagement
- Participate in professional development and school meetings as required
