This is a consultative, relationship-driven role responsible for onboarding providers, supporting clinical use, managing ongoing accounts, and driving product adoption and order growth.This position reports directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvider Onboarding & TrainingLead onboarding for new providers, ensuring a smooth and confident startEducate providers and staff on product usage, protocols, and best practicesServe as a clinical resource and trusted partnerAccount Management & GrowthManage a portfolio of provider accountsMaintain regular communication to support engagement and satisfactionIdentify opportunities to increase utilization and ordering patternsProactively address provider needs and challengesConsultative SalesGuide providers toward optimal product usage based on patient needsSupport revenue growth through relationship-based sellingTrack and manage account performance and follow-upsOrder & Operational SupportAssist providers with ordering, logistics, and issue resolutionCoordinate internally to ensure a seamless provider experienceWebinars & Provider EngagementHost and support educational webinars for providersContribute to content development and provider communication strategiesHelp drive attendance and engagement in training initiativesQualificationsRequired:Clinical background (e.g., Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Assistant, PT aide, or similar)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable in a consultative or sales-oriented roleHighly organized and proactiveAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritiesPreferred:Experience in medical device, healthcare sales, or provider supportExperience working in a chiropractic or rehab settingExperience with training, onboarding, or presenting (webinars a big plus)What We’re Looking ForSomeone who is part clinician, part relationship builder, part closerNaturally proactive—not waiting to be told what to doComfortable guiding conversations that lead to increased usage and salesA team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryOpportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding companyMeaningful work that directly impacts patient outcomes\nCompany DescriptionReBuilder Medical is a family-owned company dedicated to helping people find lasting relief from chronic pain.
