Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Developing personalized treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients seeking support for a range of mental health challenges. You will cater to a diverse population, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license in their respective state as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or psychologist (PsyD, PhD).

• Proven experience, with a minimum of two years providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.
\n
• Expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Strong writing skills for the documentation of sessions and treatment plans, ensuring clarity and detail in records.
\n
• A clean professional record, free of any disciplinary actions by any licensing board in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

While the above qualifications are mandatory, candidates with additional training or certifications in specialized therapeutic areas will be given preference. Experience in a digital or telehealth setting is also highly beneficial, as it aligns with our service model and enables seamless communication with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
