Responsibilities include: Provide leadership and oversight ofthe day-to-day operations of the Personal Care Home. Ensure residents receivehigh-quality, compassionate, person-centered care in a safe and supportiveenvironment. Maintain compliance with allapplicable federal, state, and local regulations, including PennsylvaniaPersonal Care Home requirements. Develop, implement, and monitorpolicies and procedures to support quality, safety, and regulatorycompliance. Recruit, develop, support, andretain department leaders and team members while fostering a positive andaccountable workplace culture. Provide leadership and coaching todepartment managers while establishing clear expectations for performanceand resident service. Monitor staffing levels andscheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient operations. Oversee facility financialperformance, including budgeting, expense management, labor management,and operational performance. Partner with admissions andmarketing teams to support census development, resident retention, andcommunity outreach. Build strong relationships withresidents and families and respond promptly and professionally toquestions or concerns. Collaborate with physicians,healthcare providers, pharmacies, therapy providers, and other communitypartners to support resident needs. Oversee quality improvementinitiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen resident care,service, and operational performance. Ensure appropriate documentation,reporting, and recordkeeping are maintained in accordance with regulatoryand organizational requirements. Maintain readiness for regulatorysurveys and oversee the development and implementation of correctiveaction plans when necessary. Promote a culture of safety,professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvementthroughout the community. Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Personal CareHome Administrator qualification/certification meeting applicable staterequirements required. Previous leadership experience in aPersonal Care Home, Assisted Living, Senior Living, or related healthcareenvironment strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge ofPennsylvania Personal Care Home regulations and compliance requirements. Demonstrated experience leading anddeveloping employees and department managers. Knowledge of healthcare operations,staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, communication,organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicateand build relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcareproviders, and community partners. Proven ability to manage multipleoperational priorities while maintaining a strong focus on resident careand service. Commitment to creating a positiveenvironment for residents and employees while maintaining high standardsof quality and professionalism.
