Position Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our light industrial account operations. In this role, you will high-volume source, screen, and place candidates in positions such as assembly, warehouse, machine operation, forklift driving, and general labor. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at candidate relationship management, and delivers quality talent under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for light industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse roles.

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize ATS platforms, job boards, social media, candidate databases, and local community outreach to build a strong talent pipeline.

• Candidate Engagement: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess skills, background, and job fit.

• Client & Account Operations: Collaborate with account managers and client supervisors to understand specific hiring needs, shift schedules, and job requirements.

• Onboarding & Compliance: Administer pre-employment screening (drug tests, background checks, skill assessments) and guide candidates through onboarding documentation.

• Roster Management: Maintain active communication with placed employees to monitor retention, manage attendance, and address client feedback promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 13+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience preferred (light industrial or high-volume staffing experience strongly desired).

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing platforms.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.

• Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust quickly to fast-changing hiring volume and client requirements.

• Education: Associate or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
