This is a hands-on, fast-paced role critical to keeping our operations running safely and efficiently — every single day. We're looking for a seasoned electrician who can work independently, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and collaborate closely with our Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Safety teams. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, holds safety as non-negotiable, and is willing to share their expertise with junior team members.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with the ability to work overtime and some weekends as needed.What You'll Own:Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment and systems across multiple local facilitiesRead and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical instructionsSupply power to equipment and systems in a production environment — run conduit, install electrical panels, transformers, and related componentsEnsure all work is performed safely and in compliance with NEC, OSHA, GMP, and company safety proceduresWork in tandem with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Safety teamsOperate independently and within a team setting depending on project scopeTrain junior electricians and/or apprentices as neededRequirements:What You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or electrical certification preferred5+ years of industrial electrical installation experienceWorking knowledge of electrical circuits, theory, and systems including single phase, three phase, high voltage, AC/DC, 240V high leg systems, wire sizing, and test equipmentProven experience running conduit and pulling wireHands-on experience installing 120/240/480V panels, transformers, starters, and related equipmentKnowledge and installation experience with EMT conduitComfortable working at heights and in enclosed spaces (e.g., above ceilings)Ability to operate scissor lifts and/or forkliftsJoin our innovative company where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are at the core of our culture.
