Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule Wednesday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thursday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries at designated access points by verifying credentials, following entry procedures, and documenting security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, lobbies, screening stations, and nearby areas for unusual activity, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Operate screening equipment and related access control tools in accordance with site procedures, and report suspicious items, prohibited property, and/or policy violations to site contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting conditions that could help to deter unauthorized access or disruption. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
