Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Hawaii Health Systems Corp - East Region.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Assists with turnover cleaning and patient transport as needed. Independently scrubs general, orthopedic, vascular, ophthalmic, urology, ENT, endoscopy, robotic, obstetric, and gynecology cases.

Shift & Scheduling: Operates ; shifts may be variable based on department needs. Scheduled 40 hours per week, with possibility of 32 hours during holiday weeks. Holidays as required. On-call required for everyone: average 1-2 times per week plus up to 2 weekends per month; 20 minute call-back time. Orients on day shift for up to a week or until manager’s discretion.

Special Requests: References must be from the 2 most recent places of employment. Must complete a minimum of 39 shifts during the contract if RTO is requested.

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certifications CORST, NCORST, NCST, NCST, NRCST, TS-C
