Position Overview We are seeking a Project Manager to lead architectural lighting design projects from concept through construction administration. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and technical understanding of lighting design workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from schematic design through construction administration. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and manufacturers. Define design strategy and monitor project timelines and milestones. Review drawings, specifications, RFI, and shop drawings. Lead internal coordination and support design direction. Attend client meetings and provide project status updates. Monitor budgets and support billing coordination. Maintain organized project documentation. Oversee and optimize staff workload. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 2–5+ years of experience in architectural lighting design project coordination. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience with AGI32 or other lighting calculation software. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Experience with Bluebeam for document review and markup.
