Position Type: Permanent Full Time Duration: DirectTechnical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Professional Land Surveyor on behalf of our client, a Pittsburgh area civil engineering consultant.Job RequirementsQualifications:Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.SIT is required, PLS preferred; must have (or ability to acquire) PA and/or OH licensure.Working knowledge of Topcon-GPS and total stations a must and experience in performing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Stakeout, As built Surveys, Utility line Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Property and Boundary Surveys is required.Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D programs required.The candidate must be a motivated team player that is willing to work overtime hours and travel locally when required.Technical Solutions Inc. provides a wide range of staffing services throughout Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
