Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Field-based reimbursement manager role supporting oncology providers across the Southeast. Educates healthcare providers on patient access programs, specialty pharmacy networks, payer policies, and claims processes while maintaining key account relationships and reporting market trends.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs, access tools, and reimbursement services
• Communicate specialty pharmacy networks, distribution options, and product acquisition pathways
• Advise providers on payer policies, coding changes, and appropriate claims submission processes
• Collaborate with internal oncology teams on key account management and strategy
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and account management teams

Requirements

• Oncology or hematology-oncology experience with physician-administered therapies and buy-and-bill products
• Deep knowledge of medical benefit reimbursement, coding, billing, prior authorization, and appeals processes
• Comprehensive understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, D and associated reimbursement dynamics
• Ability to communicate technical coding and billing requirements across care settings
• Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
• HCIR credentialing eligibility including background check and immunization requirements
• Territory and account management expertise
