What You'll Do: As a Commercial Carpenter, you'll be a key member of our field team, helping deliver high-quality commercial construction projects while maintaining our commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Performing a variety of commercial carpentry tasks on construction projects. Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications. Assisting Construction Foremen and Lead Carpenters in all aspects of project execution. Ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout every phase of construction. Collaborating with fellow team members to maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment. Expanding your skills through cross-training opportunities, including steel framing. What We're Looking For: Commercial carpentry experience is highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings. Willingness to cross-train in steel framing and broaden your construction expertise. Comfort working at varying heights and in outdoor weather conditions. Physical ability to regularly lift, push, and pull 50-100 lbs. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
