Accounts Receivable Specialist | Bolingbrook, IL

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a busy accounting team in Bolingbrook, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong billing and invoicing experience who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Process and finalize customer invoices
• Match physical and electronic work orders to sales orders
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Enter and update data with a high degree of accuracy
• Perform manual invoice adjustments and calculations as needed
• Import invoices into QuickBooks and send finalized invoices to customers
• Assist with maintaining organized accounting records and paperwork

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Previous Accounts Receivable and billing/invoicing experience
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience
• Basic Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Some college coursework or degree
• Experience with filing and document management
