Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Negotiate sales terms to meet both customer satisfaction and company targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $50,000.00 to $150,000.00 per week, paid weekly.
