Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical outcomes, addressing patient care discrepancies by collaborating with staff therapists to deliver optimum solutions.
• Streamline clinical workflows that enhance patient intake, referral processing, and appointment scheduling, ensuring efficiency at every step of the patient journey.
• Execute individualized therapy plans that emphasize early intervention strategies, including immediate evaluations to speed up recovery processes.
• Build a team-oriented atmosphere that encourages staff participation and promotes a culture of quality service delivery and patient safety.
• Identify opportunities for clinical improvement in partnership with the Data and Treatment Outcomes (DTO) team, utilizing evidence-based practices and feedback.
• Cultivate strong relationships with local employers, referral sources, and payer groups through consistent engagement and strategic communication.
• Proficiently utilize clinical systems to maintain accurate documentation, ensure appropriate coding, capture charges effectively, and execute all dictated patient care orders.
• Adhere strictly to Florida state regulations and practice standards, ensuring compliance in all operations and patient interactions.
• Enhance patient satisfaction by driving initiatives that improve their overall experience and engagement with our services.
• Consistently apply principles outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook, working diligently to deliver a 'Perfect PT Visit' experience to every patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Revive Active Action Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, which includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Our focus on personalized care allows you to tailor therapies to the unique needs of each patient, facilitating better outcomes and quicker recoveries.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions using logic and reasoning, methodically assessing the situation to propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional customer service skills to engage with patients and caregivers respectfully and professionally.
