Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and construct personalized therapy strategies that support their functional goals.

• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work collaboratively with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their support systems on therapy methods to foster continued progress at home.
• Document Patient Progress: Track clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed to help patients stay on course towards their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouraged participation in ongoing education or post-graduate certifications, which are supported by our team.

Required Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
