Job Description:

Hey there! CompuRay Medical is on the lookout for a talented Radiology Technologist to join us for a 13-week stint. This position offers 10-hour night shifts, which is a great chance for an experienced Tech to grow their career in a supportive and lively setting.

What You'll Be Doing:

Carry out a range of radiology procedures to diagnose and assess medical conditions.
Set up exam rooms, get informed consent, and collect detailed patient histories.
Review patient info and choose the right x-ray protocols.
Explain procedures to patients, position them properly, and ensure they're comfortable and safe.
Keep detailed records and communicate patient info clearly.
Monitor and maintain radiology equipment, and report any issues.
Take part in quality assurance and improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For:

ARRT(R) certification is a must.
At least 1 year of hospital experience as a radiology technologist.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Ability to work evening shifts.
Solid grasp of radiology safety protocols.
Strong skills in operating x-ray equipment.
Capable of multitasking and staying calm under pressure.
Committed to top-notch patient care and professionalism.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Able to pass a background check and drug screen per Joint Commission standards.
