We offer investors exclusive access to exceptional deals and profitable investments with a hands-on approach from property purchase to development. Our expertly managed real estate projects are designed to drive success and expand investment portfolios. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Acquisition Manager at A&A Realty Group. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying profitable real estate opportunities, negotiations, and driving the acquisition process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will close deals with homeowners throughout the day, possess in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and have the ability to underwrite deals effectively. Key responsibilities include sourcing off-market properties, building relationships with sellers, analyzing investment potential, and securing properties under contract to meet company goals. Qualifications Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals Strong understanding of real estate market trends and valuation methods Ability to underwrite deals, assess risks, and calculate profitability Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment Experience with contracts and the ability to get deals under contract efficiently Proficiency in real estate software/tools and market analysis preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr A&A Realty Group
