Hospital COO in Training: Operations Leader

Operations Council

Select Specialty Hospital Quad Cities in Davenport, IA seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead administrative directions across hospital departments within the Administrator In-Training program. This full-time role oversees clinical and non-clinical operations and drives efficiency in care delivery. The COO will engage with the CEO, CNO, and hospital leadership to advance budget planning, policy implementation, and strategic initiatives while maintaining HIPAA and ethical standards.
