Payer Relations Director

Responsible for managing coverage and reimbursement processes within a designated region, the remote full-time Payer Relations Director will establish favorable payer coverage, ensure fair payment practices, and coordinate reimbursement support for key healthcare providers. Key responsibilities Establish and manage relationships with payers and healthcare stakeholders to facilitate reimbursement processes Coordinate consultations with KOL physicians and institutional customers to address reimbursement barriers Collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic business goals related to payer and provider interactions Required qualifications Proven experience in payer relations, reimbursement processes, or healthcare policy Strong understanding of commercial insurance, Medicaid, and MAC policies Experience working with KOLs and healthcare providers Ability to manage multiple initiatives and cross-functional relationships effectively Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
