This role serves as the on-site representative of NNI's values and mission—fostering collaboration, maintaining accountability among subcontractors, and ensuring that each project reflects the company's commitment to excellence and integrity. Traveling Superintendents play a hands-on role in guiding field teams, resolving challenges proactively, and creating an environment where people and projects can succeed.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAdherence to:Project schedule as set-forth by NNI and the Project ManagerSpecifications provided by the Project Manager and Director of ConstructionCompliance with construction plans, specifications, and regulatory requirementsAbility to:Implement and enforce quality control measuresFoster a positive and safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and proceduresConduct safety meetings, inspections, and auditsIdentify and mitigate potential hazardsMonitor and address safety concernsMaintain regular and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managersPrepare and maintain accurate project documentationIdentify and address construction related challenges and obstacles proactivelyCollaborate with project team to develop innovative solutions and strategies to overcome difficulties and maintain project progressManage all 16 trades onsiteCompletion of daily tasks:Coordination of all sub-contractors (all 16 trades) to ensure a smooth and evenly paced projectReports, progress photos, videosInitial resolution of disputes, poor workmanship, scheduling delays, etc.Effective and collaborative communication and coordination with the Project ManagerWORKING RELATIONSHIPSProject ManagerOther Key StakeholdersSUPERVISION OF PERSONNELResponsible for supervision of all 16 tradesKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREDMinimum of 3 years as Superintendent for a General Contractor in retail/commercialMinimum of 3 years commercial/retail constructionMust have experience leading and managing a team of subcontractors and on-site personnelProvide guidance, direction, and support to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of project objectivesOSHA30: 1 yearBENEFITS OFFERED401(k) with Company MatchHealth Savings Account (HSA)Life & Disability InsurancePaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays)SCHEDULE10-hour shifts100% TravelEqual Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.J-18808-Ljbffr
