Job Overview
Leader Bank is seeking a to manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role involves streamlining accounting processes within a fast-paced, growing community bank.

What Youll Do
- Post daily and monthly entries to the general ledger.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Apply Excel skills to analyze financial data and create models.
- Continuously seek to streamline accounting processes and workflows.
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in General Ledger Accounting.
- Strong skills in Account Reconciliation.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and modeling.
- Ability to perform financial data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively.
- Banking industry knowledge (preferred).
Compensation
Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 annual.
