The mission of HUD's Office of Housing Counseling is to provide individuals and families with the knowledge they need to obtain, sustain, and improve their housing. OHC accomplishes this mission by supporting a strong national network of HUD-approved housing counseling agencies and housing counselors.

As a Supervisory Housing Program Officer, you will:

• Serve as the Supervisory Housing Program Officer in the Office of Outreach and Capacity Building-Division.
• Provide technical and administrative supervision to a staff responsible for outreach, training, and housing counseling review.
• Serve as the technical expert on established policies and procedures for building agency capacity, housing counselor certification, developing outreach programs and materials, supporting the HUD Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee, monitoring and tracking trends in housing and ways to support FHA Mutual Mortgage Insurance Fund.
• Perform data/statistical analysis using latest data analysis tools and producing reports and presentations on non-compliance trends and patterns.
• Oversee procurement of administrative contracts to support the office, both for grant recipients and for administrative contracts to support the program and monitors the execution of those contracts.
