This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutes shipment, replenishment, and stock organizationMaintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracySupports cleanliness, safety, and complianceIdentifies and escalates operational issuesScope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the businessStore Leadership ExpectationsLeading and demonstrating company valuesExecuting the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal sellingCoaching & development of associates and leadersExecuting Daily Work Force Management actionsMaintaining visual merchandising standardsCollaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless executionLeading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competenciesDemonstrating and leading company policy and proceduresAdditional duties as assignedMinimum Salary: $17.25Maximum Salary: $20.80VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.
