Your Responsibilities:
Create & Maintain Staff Schedules Ensure nursing teams are scheduled appropriately for all shifts, ensuring full coverage. Monitor Staffing Levels Track staff availability, request time off, and adjust schedules as necessary. Coordinate with Nursing & HR Teams Collaborate with nursing leadership to resolve staffing challenges and maintain adequate staffing levels. Ensure Compliance with Regulations Ensure staffing is in line with state and federal regulations, including staffing ratios. Assist with On-Call Staff Scheduling Coordinate on-call nurses as needed. Handle Staffing Changes Quickly respond to last-minute changes, including absences or shift swaps, to maintain smooth operations. Maintain Records Keep accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and shift changes.
Qualifications:
Previous Experience in Staffing Coordination or Scheduling (Preferred). Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills. Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Abilities. Proficiency in Scheduling Software (Preferred). Ability to Multitask & Work Under Pressure. Attention to Detail & Accuracy. Strong Interpersonal Skills Ability to work effectively with nursing staff and leadership.
